Autoclaving, or steam sterilization, is the most efficient and economical wet thermal disinfection process. Tufpak® autoclave biohazard bags are designed for this purpose, offering exceptional temperature resistance and strength to comply with stringent federal and state regulations.

Each bag features a temperature indicator patch that changes to “CONTENTS HAVE BEEN AUTOCLAVED” after exposure to steam heat and pressure, providing a clear visual confirmation of sterilization.

• Autoclave Process: Bags withstand temperatures of 121-135°C (250-275°F) in a sealed pressure chamber to sterilize or decontaminate contents effectively.
