Kevin Duffy is Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Spartech, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy with a focus on customer value creation, commercial excellence, and sustained growth. He brings deep experience in the plastics industry, having led sales and marketing organizations across public, private, and private‑equity–backed companies.

Prior to joining Spartech, Kevin held senior leadership roles at PLASKOLITE, Vycom (an affiliate of The AZEK Company), Eastman, and Rehrig Pacific Company. Throughout his career, he has successfully aligned sales, marketing, and pricing strategies to drive profitable growth and strengthen customer relationships. Kevin holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
