Todd Rivard

Director of Quality

Todd Rivard serves as Spartech’s Director of Quality, leading the company’s quality strategy and organization with a strong focus on performance, process discipline, and customer confidence. He brings extensive global experience in quality leadership, continuous improvement, and operational integration across the automotive, medical, and industrial markets.

Before joining Spartech, Todd held senior leadership roles at Celanese, DuPont Mobility & Materials, Dow, and Dow Corning, where he guided large international teams through transformation initiatives, system integrations, and major quality-system advancements. His work has consistently centered on elevating quality performance, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing the customer experience.

Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse and is based in Midland, Michigan.
